dc.description.abstractFruits and vegetables are an important component of human food which supplies the day to day essential and vital nutrition needed for survival. In agricultural industry, agro chemicals like pesticides are applied to protect the harvest from harmful pests and get maximum yield during a single season of harvest which could be highly toxic to human if consumed above the permissible levels as these chemicals are designed to destroy the pests or the living organisms.
