    Black tea infusions prepared from BOPF grade samples representing the seven major Sri Lankan tea-growing regions, Nuwara Eliya, Uda Pussellawa, Dimbula, Uva, Kandy, Sabaragamuwa, and Ruhuna, were evaluated using pH, total polyphenolic content (TPC), and dry matter content (DW) as classification parameters.
