Abstract
Mikania cordata (Burm. f.) B.L. Robinson is a medicinal
plant of the Asteraceae family, demonstrating anti-
inflammatory, antimicrobial, and wound-healing
properties. However, poor bioavailability due to
instability and rapid clearance of its phytochemicals
hinders its potential.
