Abstract
Dillenia retusa Thunb. (Dilleniaceae) is an endemic Sri
Lankan medicinal plant traditionally used to treat various
ailments, including fever, nervous system disorders, oral
diseases, anorexia, excessive thirst, dysentery, cough,
burning sensations, and to promote hair health.
