Abstract
Rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum L.) and Durian (Durian zibethinus Murr.) are popular seasonal fruits grown in tropical countries, enriched in varieties of phytochemicals.1, 2 However, peels of these fruits cause unpleasant odors and serious environmental problems.
